Do you feel disillusioned or disappointed that you didn’t achieve last year’s intentions? Are you blaming yourself or your life situation because you aren’t where you want to be?

In this show, you’ll learn how to stop disempowering yourself with regrets from last year, so it doesn’t infect what possible for you in 2017.

We all do better when we start from a platform of success.  By taking the time to reflect on your successes from last year, it will empower you to think big in the planning phase for this year.

Step 1:  Assess Where you are Today

Assess where you are.  Scan back over the past year (I look at my goals sheet I wrote down the previous year.—if you don’t have a list of what you were working on in 2016 than simply, get quiet inside, focus on the area above your heart in the center of your chest and ask, “Where did I grow and what did I achieve in 2017?”   Keep writing what comes up, record them big or small…

Now you’ll celebrate your accomplishments.

Take each success and surround it with a ball of white light and say ‘thank you for this success I would like to experience more success like this in the future; please make this happen in ways that is for the highest good of me and of all concerned.”

Step 2: Create a 2017 Wish List

Create your wish list with all the hope that you may have had as a child excitedly waiting for your birthday.  I remember when my mother would ask us, “What would you like for your birthday?”  I took her question seriously.  I would scan through the catalogs we had around the house, like Sears and JC Penney.  As I scanned the pages, I would turn down a corner of the page to say to myself “that looks cool.” I would then make a final list by looking at the dog-eared pages and only record the ones I want on a new piece of paper.  I then excitedly placed the list on the refrigerator for my mom.

Brainstorm what is it you want to do or achieve this year?  “wouldn’t it be nice when…?”

Write down sentence by sentence until you can’t think of anything else in bullet points, not journal entries of how you would like to feel (that comes later).

Step 3: Close the Door to 2016

Now we all had intentions we didn’t follow through on or complete in 2016, this next step is to identify them and determine if you still want to accomplish them or perhaps they aren’t relevant any longer.

Now on to closing the door to 2016.  Write on the top of a new piece of paper Incomplete Intentions.

What did you intend and wasn’t able to accomplish to your satisfaction from 2016?  Review what you wrote.

  1. Is it still relevant? If so record it on your 2017 Wish List.
  2. If you no longer desire it release it. Surround that intention with a ball of white light and send it off, thanking it for the lessons it brought you and see it floating off like a balloon.

Step 4: Review and Prioritize your 2017 List

Read what you wrote and put a * by those really important items that light you up.  Prioritize your list, but don’t drop any items off your list.  They were important enough for you to write down, your unconscious gave them to you – respect that.

Now put your highest priorities at the beginning of the year.  What is your first intention for this month, next month, etc.. all the way through to December 2017.  This way you won’t reach the end of a month and not know what you would like to experience/accomplish next.

Step 5: Write Your Objective in Clear Language

Write a single sentence in a way that your unconscious will understand for your first objective for the month of January.  If you don’t have a goal setting method that is working for you, I invite you to start with the Fast Money Book 101-Mastering the Basics you will find here.

Step 6:  Review your Progress Daily and the End of the Month

In the Fast Money Book 101-Mastering the Basics  you learn how to do a daily Monitoring Process to get messages from your unconscious during the month to ensure your successfulness.  Then at the end of the month, I invite you to assess your results and provide the necessary feedback to your unconscious how it did for you.  In this way, you will be improving your results month by month.

I invite you to make 2017 a “no regret” year.  Dive in and pursue what you desire fully, not half-heartedly.
